I work with individuals 18+ from a wide variety of backgrounds with concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, ADHD, identity questioning, and self-esteem. As a queer therapist, I have a special interest in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to work with individuals to help facilitate change for unhelpful patterns, while creating therapeutic goals to help move through the healing process together. I am also a MN Board approved supervisor and enjoy coming alongside new clinicians to empower, encourage, and challenge the future generation of therapists.
My approach is collaborative and empowering to help you explore and gain awareness of your truest self. I value working with you to create a space that feels safe, productive, and supportive. I take a client-centered, strengths-based, relational approach with most clients. Additionally, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
It is incredibly vulnerable to seek support, and even more vulnerable to trust another human to help guide you through this journey.
