I specialize in helping teenagers and young adults cope with life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. Piecing yourself back together and finding your fulfillment does not have to be done alone.
I have over 5 years of experience in community mental health settings, from providing support to families experiencing domestic violence as a victim advocate, to providing grief counseling as a hospice bereavement counselor. In these roles, I have worked extensively with children, teens, and adults to empower lasting coping skills, motivation, and healing.
Seeking support outside of your comfort zone is the first, sometimes scary step, but can lead to an abundance of healing, the ability to grow through adversity, and life-long coping strategies. My goal is to build trusting, non-judgemental, therapeutic relationships. I am here to support you in your journey of tranquility and growth.
