As an LCSW, I work from a strengths-based perspective. I strongly believe in the social work ideal of unconditional positive regard and the potential in every person to learn and grow at any stage in life. I work with a variety of therapeutic models-including Mindful Self-Compassion, CBT, IFS, and EMDR-to help my clients achieve their goals and live healthier lives.
I have two decades of experience in the mental health field, and have worked specifically with survivors of complex trauma (in both adult and childhood), disaster behavioral health, and individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss.
My practice location is with Shephearst Meadows in Flowood. I may be reached there for scheduling.
