I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and relationship and marital problems. I love working with both couples and individuals. Clients have told me that my personality makes them feel at ease and that they quickly feel benefit from therapy. I am an integrative, doctoral-level licensed clinical psychologist and I enjoy treating a variety of mental health concerns. I have extensive training, and can't wait to help you! If you are new to therapy, changing therapists, unsure how you feel about therapy, or have struggled to connect with a therapist in the past, I think we would be a great fit :)
I pride myself on working collaboratively with you to first understand your needs, and then identify specific therapy goals. From there, I will explain different evidence-based treatment options based on your unique goals. For couples specifically - my therapy approach focuses on deepening understanding, improving communication, and problem-solving together.
I know it can be hard to find a therapist and will gladly schedule a free, 15-min consult via phone to chat more with you! My services are provided either in-person or through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. If you're ready (or almost ready!) to take steps to improve your mental health, please reach out to me to get started!
