I provide therapy using a psychodynamic, trauma-informed practice, which includes a feminist and humanistic approach through a social justice lens. I also use ego state therapy/parts work and have a harm reduction approach within my work. My aim is to work to understand the unique complexities of each and every person.
I have experience working with LGBTQ identified individuals around gender, trauma, grief & loss, addiction, depression, anxiety and HIV/AIDs.
