I am a Licensed Psychologist with several years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults. I offer both individual and family therapy sessions as well as additional consultation sessions to provide the child with holistic support (e.g. providing strategies to teachers, coaches, etc). My goal is to help children and adolescents improve their mental health, quality of life and functioning across contexts through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Interventions as well as motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapies and problem-solving therapies.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have assisted clients who present with a wide range of symptoms such as: inattention, impulsivity, hyperactivity, limited social skills, emotional liability, non-compliance, low self-esteem, trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal/familial conflict, and academic-related stressors.
My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, strengths-based and person-centered. I believe in providing an individualized, holistic approach to mental health care by providing resources/strategies that address a variety of domains in the child/families' lives.
