I specialize in treating those facing personal obstacles such as transitional periods, anxiety, executive functioning, stress management, women’s issues, work/life balance, and self-esteem.While following a humanistic approach, my primary method of treatment focuses on client-centered counseling. I also tie in key components from a mindfulness-based approach. As a counselor, I appreciate taking the time to recognize the uniqueness of each individual person and encourage different types of client-centered modalities depending on each individual client.
