My work with individuals and groups has primarily centered on support for navigating challenges around anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I understand that these challenges are often reflected in how we think, feel, and behave with ourselves and others.
I hope you know that it’s ok to not have everything figured out at this very moment and that the act of trying without fully knowing what will happen counts for so much. It is also my belief that growth and healing is a slow and gradual process, and that we all move at our own pace.
