I work from a trauma informed perspective focusing on the mind and body connection. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also use therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Interpersonal Processing Therapy. Therapy is not one size fits all, each client is unique, so we will decide on treatment that best fits your needs and goals.
