In therapy, we work on building empathy and compassion for yourself, as well as identifying your core values. Depending on your strengths and needs, I utilize various therapeutic approaches and techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR (Level 1 EMDR Trained).
Ultimately, I focus on creating a safe space where your values are honored. To meet your individual needs, I offer both in-office and telehealth appointments. I work with individuals ages 16+.
