I specialize in CBT for the treatment of anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties and mood-related disorders. I also specialize in EMDR for the treatment of PTSD and trauma-related disorders, and have experience with mindfulness-based strategies. Additionally, I am trained in Ketamine Assisted Therapy for individuals interested in integrating those experiences.
I have experience and training in treating active duty service members, veterans, and their families. I also have an interest and background in working with competitive athletes.
