Hi! My name is Julia Biehl, and I am a therapist who has dedicated my practice to supporting young children and their families through life’s challenges. I work with children aged 0-12 years old, as well as pregnant and postpartum mothers, from a strengths-based perspective; I recognize that each family is unique and possesses innate strengths that allow them to experience significant growth and improved wellbeing through engagement in my services. I enjoy collaborating with my clients and their families, identifying specific goals for treatment, and incorporating manageable strategies to achieve their goals.
I have extensive training and experience in multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities that aim to support healthy relationships; improve behaviors and compliance in young children; work through trauma and significant life transitions; minimize the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, and support overall wellbeing.
I enjoy working closely with parents and other caregivers, acknowledging their own personal background, needs, and values, to identify strategies that work for their family.
