Much of my 10+ years of experience has been working with young people and their families; I'm also a parent of young children. As such, I really enjoy helping young people tackle all the struggles of "adulting": identity exploration, overcoming inner critics and "imposter syndrome," and finding one's voice. I also really like working with parents looking for support and/or wanting to be the best parents they can be. Finally, I've had success treating issues like self-doubt, low self-esteem, trauma, perfectionism, relationship problems, & big, jarring life changes.

I’ll listen carefully to what you say (or are trying to say, or maybe even NOT saying!) I’ll summarize what you’ve told me, to expand both your self-understanding and your emotional vocabulary. We’ll organize your thoughts, modify beliefs that aren’t accurate, and clarify your ideas, to improve communication with your loved ones and get your needs met.
