I personally know what it is like to struggle and how hard it can be to reach out for support. Frequently, we can find ourselves merely enduring our circumstances. Therapy can be seen as a catalyst for us to gain insight into the aspects of our lives that we may be overlooking. We often create subconscious strategies to manage our pain, anxiety, and trauma. Sometimes those strategies are helpful. Sometimes less so. Realizing that some of our strategies aren't as helpful can be the catalyst to pursuing therapy. I hope to help in creating something new and in helping us to better understand you and why you do the things you do.

I use in Existential-Humanistic Theory, as well as Interpersonal Process Therapy. I am also trained in Walk and Talk Therapy and have my Adventure Therapy Certificate.
