I believe that this suppression and neglect of our truest selves can contribute to a range of mental, emotional, and physical health issues. Wounds from childhood and unprocessed traumas impact our ability to have healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Limiting beliefs rooted in fear keep us from taking healthy risks and moving toward our dreams.
