Hello! I partner with my clients to support and empower them to create the life they want to live. Sometimes even with your best efforts to move forward, you can feel stuck and like nothing is working. You are not alone – and you can heal and thrive! I focus on helping adults who are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, depression, life transitions, or who want to heal from abuse or trauma. I am a certified domestic violence professional and also assist clients who are currently experiencing verbal or physical abuse.

Self-care is not selfish – and you deserve to feel valued and heard. One of the greatest benefits of therapy is having a place where you can be genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. I prioritize creating a safe, trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment for my clients.

My approach is guided by each client’s unique experience, needs and preferences. I will frequently incorporate the concept of mindfulness and draw from several evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, and DBT.
