Accepting new clients! I specialize in LGBTQIA2S+ and women's health. Understanding how our brains function and why we behave a certain way can empower us to make informed choices about our lives, health, and relationships. I am an open and out queer therapist. I support clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, family of origin challenges, gender and sexual identity, disability and chronic illness, grief, and life transitions. I am also a young adult breast cancer survivor and provide services to those who are or have been affected by cancer.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, anchored in compassion and empowerment, and shaped by an intersectional feminist view. People who experience the most success with me have the desire to acquire tools for nervous system regulation and self-care while unlearning shame & limiting beliefs.
It’s okay to be the one who asks for help this time! I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, process your experiences, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Outside of work, I find joy in the company of my cats Piper & Bob, traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, and very, very bad reality TV.
