I am a Clinically Certified Trauma Professional and a Nationally Certified Counselor. As a wife of 35 years, mom of 4, and grandmother, I have an understanding of life, transitions and experiences.
I specialize in trauma treatment. I help clients understand what trauma does to their brain and how to overcome triggers. I have extensive experience with military, first responders and every day folks who have been affected by trauma. I'm also experienced at treating anxiety, depression and other diagnosis.
