I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to successful therapy. I am a firm believer that everybody has a story to tell and a journey they have embarked on. However, I don't believe there are enough safe places for people to go to be themselves without judgement and to be accepted without conditions. For this reason, I provide a safe, relaxing, trusting and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I empower and guide my clients to reach their goals, to improve their interpersonal relationships, as well as, improve their overall well-being by having a genuine, authentic, educational and honest approach to therapy.
My areas of expertise include individual therapy for children ages five+, adolescents and adults; family therapy, including reunification counseling between children and their parent(s), couple's therapy and co-parenting. I am also a trained Reactive Attachment Disorder therapist; assisting foster and adopted children to build healthy attachments.
