This process may contain challenging moments; however, I would be happy to walk along with you in this journey of moving forward and creating peace in your mind. I presently offer individual therapy, available both in-person and remotely, incorporating a blend of talk therapy and art therapy tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Additionally, I provide an art therapy program and in-person group opportunities.
I have worked with individuals of all ages with various life challenges: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment, relationship issues, family of origin issues, unresolved childhood trauma, trauma, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.

2024 Cultivating Internal Mother Group
This 6-week in-person group will focus on cultivating a connection to your internal mother. Our intuition holds the power to nurture and provide. Through exploring triggering emotions and unmet needs, you will have an opportunity to gain an understanding of what you need from your internal mother. The participants will be engaging in visual or written reflection each week and will leave the group with their own meditative video clip.
