I have been working for over 35 years with individual adults, adolescents and couples. I am skilled with addressing Issues of depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, using a combination of traditional psychotherapy and practical, supportive skill building encouraging resiliency and an improved quality of life.
I have a speciality in working with adolescents and young adults with learning disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders. Groups
Holistic Coaching for Young Adults
Young adult group for ages of 21-30. This group combines holistic healing techniques such as meditation, shamanic practices and reiki, with discussions addressing the challenges of young adulthood. Our format will begin each week with a short meditation facilitated by Marci Zieff, followed by a discussion, facilitated by Judy Seligman. This group will run for 4 weeks; September 12, 19, 26 and October 3, Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm. It will meet remotely. Cost $195 per person for the 4-week session Co-facilitated by Marci Zieff, Reiki Master, Shamanic healer and meditation teacher and Judy Seligman, LICSW.
