To facilitate healing, Judy utilizes a variety of effective therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
