My philosophy is that in order for change to occur a trusting relationship is the most important component. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and safe. I see the client-provider relationship as the hallmark for change. I empower my clients to figure out where they are not being genuine, how this contributes to their mental health challenges, and to make changes that will help contribute meaningfulness to their lives.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and am well versed in working with adolescents (ages 16+) and adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, healing from sexual abuse or sexual assault and working with college students. I have over 20 years of experience providing mental health treatment.
