My passion is helping to empower people to see their stuck points and move through them. I work with issues such as anxiety, stress, panic disorders, trauma, relationship problems, and depression. Using a combination of a Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered approaches, I help clients gain awareness of their self defeating thoughts and beliefs and develop a new sense of themselves. They begin to feel a new energy and hope.
When clients first come in, my main focus is to gain their trust. I know that it’s taken a lot of effort just to make the first steps to come in. I strive to offer compassion and empathy as you begin to tell me your story and we start to piece together a plan of action. Clients often comment that there is great relief in having the support.
