I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor, Addiction Therapist, and Certified Hypnotherapist. As a Cognitive Behaviorist, I assess constructive and destructive styles of thinking, communicating, and behaving. My emphasis is on assisting you in identifying and achieving your goals.
I work with individuals, couples & families. My experience includes working with children, adolescents & families who have been exposed to violence & suffer from various emotional, physical & sexual abuse traumas. In my practice I also work effectively with individuals with eating disorders, including those who are in recovery or have experienced a relapse.
