Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) + Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), I use these methods to help you process trauma & stress in a safe and effective way. In addition, I integrate mindfulness & yoga to support you in managing anxiety & reconnecting with your body. My approach is holistic, so you can feel grounded & empowered.
