My goal in therapy is to help you improve your quality of life when you are having difficulty with high levels of stress, anxiety and depression so you can learn to express your true, authentic self. Together, we will begin to unpack and explore the areas that feel hard to manage alone. Over time, your skillfulness around current struggles will improve and you will gain a greater sense of happiness and peace.
I am originally from NY, however I have been in GA with my husband and 2 adult children for 20 years. I acknowledge the support necessary both internally and externally to form organic relationships and gain a new sense of self. I have a history working in psyche, with families and teens to assist in the counsel of reaching individual goals.
