Life presents many challenges that are difficult to navigate alone and knowing when to reach out for support shows courage. As a licensed professional counselor, I have been assisting clients for over 30 years who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. Whatever the issue, we will work together to find the best solutions. My philosophy is based on the belief that treatment must be structured specifically to meet the needs of each individual.

I also view that having a strong therapeutic relationship is essential in accomplishing progress and reaching resolution in treatment. My experience has taught me that this occurs best in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

I believe in using the client’s strengths, as well as introducing tools to challenge their thoughts that will empower them to feel and respond differently to their current situation. Together we will find the best solutions to accomplish their desired goals and improve the quality
