Hi there, I’m Juana! My name is Juana Soto and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with individuals who are in need of support as they navigate the varied complexities and challenges of life, specifically, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy rooted in humanistic traditions and use a creative and integrative approach to best meet my clients in their unique circumstances. I’m open to working with anyone who is looking to embark on a journey of exploration and understanding of their lived-experiences.
My work experience at different levels of care (inpatient, residential, and community-based mental health) has given me the opportunity to aid individuals struggling with eating disorders depression, anxiety, poor body image, body dysmorphia, and other mental health challenges.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently utilize a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Integrative Therapy with an assortment of approaches and tools to individualize treatment.
