Life is always moving forward into the unknown. We find ourselves in places we never dreamt of. When individuals experience severe life stressors and traumas, it is not out of the ordinary for their lives to unravel. As human beings we have the power to overcome our greatest obstacles, so long as effort is put in place. The pursuit of growth brings its challenges, as well as its rewards. Through personal experiences with addictions, as well as its consequences, I've come to understand its roots and the importance of exploring how the conditionings of our past play out into our current lives.
I utilize several therapeutic models that best support each individual client. I have found the use of mindfulness through a collaborative process to have one of the most profound impacts for personal growth and healing. My areas of specialization include addiction, trauma, boundaries, codependency, anxiety, depression, relational & emotional intelligence.
My aim in the therapeutic setting is to provide a safe and supportive environment as we work together to cultivate trust in oneself, each other, and the world around you. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
