I am passionate serving populations who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrants, and spiritual and/or religious.
I'm passionate about social justice issues and serving populations using a systems and cultural lens, understanding the importance of how systems, biopsychosocial, and cultural factors can impact people and their communities mind, body, and spirit.
My approach to therapy consists of being genuine and empathic, using a relational and client-centered approach, to work collaboratively with clients, so they can have a sense of empowerment.
