The approach to providing therapy included the following theoretical approaches; Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. The most common theoretical approach I use is cognitive behavior therapy (CBT).
