I specialize in couples counseling with my husband/partner, Bob Simpson. I also work with addictions including gambling and eating disorders as well as with generalized anxiety, OCD and depression. I teach Active Listening skills so you will become a better listener and also feel heard in your relationships. It is important to balance one's life with time for work, time for play, health, fitness, spiritual needs, creativity and intellectual persuits. What turns you on? Where is your passion? What about life is fulfilling?
My husband and I both work out of our home. It is a relaxed, private and peaceful setting. Often Bob sees one spouse and I see the other partner and then we meet together as a four-some. We are able to get each partner's point of view and model and teach teamwork.
