Making a choice to reach out for support is a brave thing to do and something to be proud of. Life is full of unexpected challenges and sometimes reaching out to talk to someone when you’re going through a difficult time can be surprisingly helpful. My goal is to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and address any difficult emotions or thoughts that have been holding you back from experiencing healing, peace, and wellness. I'm experienced working with adolescents and adults providing individual/group/family therapy in a variety of settings, including residential, outpatient, detox/hospital, and criminal justice system.
I'm experienced working with clients struggling with individual and family addiction, abandonment, ADHD, anxiety, chronic illness, depression, divorce, insomnia, family conflict/blended families, grief, loss (including overdose & suicide), life transitions, trauma, personality and mood disorders. My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help raise self-awareness, foster self-compassion, strengthen coping skills, and enhance emotional resiliency. My goal is to meet you where you’re at in your journey, help you identify your needs and provide solution-focused sessions to support and empower you towards living your best life.
