I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona and hold a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. My professional journey as a counselor has allowed me to sit with a range of individuals. My unique experiences have grown my passion to create a counseling space that welcomes creativity, cultivates collaboration, and pursues authenticity.

In counseling, I take an eclectic approach integrating CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, EMDR, Trauma Informed Care and Inner Child Work. There is no one size fits all approach.
