I provide both brief and long term psychotherapy. Currently. I work remotely , but I would like to be able see people in person in the Spring of 2023. I have been in the field for many years ,have a wealth of experience in both life and as a therapist ,to help me help you. I enjoy working with all kinds of people from all walks of life. Many people now are dealing with the impacts of the Pandemic and I am here to support those folks , and people who have mental health issues that predate the Pandemic but that may have been exacerbated by it. My goal is to design the treatment to fit the needs of the client.
I work with individuals, couples, families and groups and also with parents on parenting issues . I enjoy working with al age groups including younger kids/ teens/adults and elders. Creating a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is the basis of treatment , as well as my experience and familiarity. with evidence based approaches.
