Trained in Nurtured Heart, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral approaches, I find trust, empathy, compassion, and understanding are still the cornerstones of my therapy interactions, building relationships stronger. Certification in Nurtured Heart and EFT. I currently counsel under the supervision of Master LCSW, Lisa Ligammari.
