I hold space for clients to express their needs while teaching skills to help overcome their obstacles and am passionate about the importance of self talk when healing. Individualizing the therapeutic style used to meet the clients needs, while fostering trust in the counseling relationship, is how I approach each and every client I work with.
I work with clients in a “no judgment” space and approach counseling from a tripod perspective - mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I enjoy working with older teens and young adults, in addition to adults and couples.
