As a practitioner, I use many modalities to help find and maximize internal joy. The path to fulfillment can be murky and heavy. Old, buried wounds often need to resurface and be acknowledged. It is my passion to walk the winding journey with people, help peel back the layers, and unveil the strong, wild human within. Besides my therapy license, I also have a doctorate in the Ministry of Engaged Wisdom where I studied cosmology, native traditions, consciousness, meditation, archetypes, Eastern religions, and enneagram personality typing, and I like to bring whatever feels relevant for the client into my practice.
Our strongest guide will be your intuition. You know where the path leads, what scars need to be tended to, and what shadows need to be faced. Sometimes we find ourselves under unbearable stress, minds frenzied, and pressure from every direction. I will help you tease apart the tension lines, find a place to start, and reactivate your wisdom once again.
If you are ready to delve deeper, and you need a non-judgemental therapeutic companion on your sacred journey inward, please give me a call. I'm available for a free, 15-minute phone consultation prior to your first session to determine whether we are a good fit. I'm also offering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy if I deem a client a good candidate for that.
