There have been a lot of changes in the past two years. With those changes, I have witnessed an increase in depression and anxiety of those around me. If this describes you, I am here to help. I am available to help anyone who is looking to increase their coping skills and get back to enjoying their lives. I utilize evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address how someone's thoughts are interfering with achieving their goals. We set small, baby steps each week to work towards obtaining their treatment goal, and will evaluate barriers to their success.
During sessions with me, clients can anticipate an inviting and trusting environment where they feel safe to do their therapeutic work. Sessions might include safety planning around any self harming behaviors or suicidal thoughts, or changing their current thought patterns with evidenced based treatment models like CBT.
My biggest strength is my ability to break down overwhelming tasks into manageable, small baby steps to get you closer to your treatment goals. You don't have to walk it alone.
