Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 24 years of counseling experience. I have many years of experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, victims of abuse and codependency. I also offer Christian-based therapy for real-life issues. In addition, I am a certified Family Mediator. My goal is to help clients overcome their present adversities and to achieve more peaceful and fulfilled future.
My approach to therapy is creating a safe & comfortable therapeutic environment, where clients feel supported & empowered to handle the challenges they face & grow stronger and wiser in the process. I use various treatment modalities, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I focus on providing a therapeutic environment which fosters hope, courage and healing which ultimately lead to positive changes. Clear and realistic treatment goals will be set based on individual client's specific needs.
