Now that I've introduced myself, lets chat. Life has its ups and downs. I want you to know that you do not have to walk through it alone. My clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, trauma and developmental disabilities across the age spectrum. I am passionate about walking alongside clients in their healing journeys. My specialties consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. I utilize an eclectic approach to help walk with you towards your goals.
