Life is a journey with lots of ups and downs and sometimes we need support getting through those low moments. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my focus is to help guide adults through their healing journeys. I specialize in working with women to overcome struggles with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or various traumas such as sexual abuse, grief/loss, life transitions, intergenerational trauma, community violence, etc.
I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques including EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also like to use a holistic approach in my practice and incorporate mindfulness, reiki, breath work, and meditation.
