We know that every person is different and each individual may have different therapeutic needs/ require different therapeutic approaches. We offer individual, couples, family and adolescent therapy (ages 13 and up) in NY and NJ. Our mission is to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space to explore yourself, patterns in relationships, and life cycles.
We are here for your individual therapeutic needs and journey towards understanding yourself/ breaking free from cycles in your current life.
