At my practice we are focused on helping you and your loved ones find the growth and healing we all know you can achieve. Our therapists are clinically trained professionals prepared to support adults, teens, and children on their Journey. Children are supported by evidence based Child Centered Play Therapy in one of our dedicated play therapy offices. Play therapy has been shown to help with behavior, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief/loss and challenges due to significant life changes.
Teens are also navigating what is a challenging time of life for many. Its not uncommon for teens to struggle with self-esteem, behavior, anxiety, or depression. We all need additional help at times in our life. We are prepared to help your teen find more hope and fulfillment through a variety of clinical techniques that can go beyond talk therapy.
