Hello! It is my passion, through counseling, to help you heal and find more meaning in your life. I have experience with those struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image, trauma, and other stressors in life. I find benefit in working together, collaborating to develop an environment where you feel validated, supported, and at times challenged. I currently work with individuals (18+), I have in-person and tele-health availability for the state of Arizona. I have experience in a variety of treatment levels (IP, RTC, & IOP). I want to help you find more healing in your life!
I am experienced with DBT, CBT, & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have experience with Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) that I use with my clients to explore and find healing from childhood trauma. I deeply believe in the mind-body connection & use Somatic Experiencing to help clients get back in tune with their bodies for full mind-body health.
My goal is to be a down-to-earth, person-centered, & holistic professional by combining some creativity & skills so each client can find healing & health in their lives. I want to meet you where you're at, in whatever stage you may be in, & walk alongside you on this journey to find more comfort & peace in your life. I look forward to working with you!
