We often move through life carrying wounds that prevent us from living life fully. I take special interest in treating trauma stemming from either childhood or adulthood as well as relationship difficulties including attachment patterns and relationship compatibility. I am also well versed in a wide array of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, sleep, and body image issues.
I practice using an integrative model that is informed by psycho-dynamic, interpersonal, and mindfulness-based approaches. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma.
I provide telehealth in New Jersey and internationally. I am fluent in English and Arabic and value cultural sensitivity and diversity.
