Hello and welcome! The willingness to be here and begin the therapeutic relationship is a vital step on the journey ahead. Within the therapeutic relationship I seek to create an empathetic, non-judgmental environment that fosters development. Currently, I am a licensed clinical mental health Counselor in the state of NH. My therapeutic work is informed by evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior therapies. Along with these modalities, I often utilized Mindfulness Based and stress-reduction practices.
In our work together we will focus on building appropriate skills in order for you to feel equipped to manage emotional and mental distress. In addition, our collaboration will focus on discovering what brings you fulfillment and meaning in life. I look forward to working with you!
