I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost a decade working in community mental health. As such, I hope to add my contribution to as many peoples' access to mental health treatment as possible. I've worked with a wide range of ages, diagnoses, and treatment concerns. From individuals with mood disorders to trauma- and stressor-related conditions, psychotic symptoms to personality disorder diagnoses; I am committed to helping those seeking treatment. I am currently accepting new patients, ages 11 and older. Children ages 11-12 require a phone consult to determine if they are appropriate for telehealth services.
I view counseling as a collaborative effort between myself and my clients. I'm passionate about helping my clients develop the insight and skills to accomplish their goals and objectives through supportive, non-judgemental counseling.
I use a combination of skills and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and existential psychotherapy.
