I believe that we all need support at times in our lives. I am here to walk with you down a path of both self discovery and rediscovery. To me, the goal of therapy is to get closer to our ideal selves, and in doing so live a life with more fulfillment. I believe you know more about yourself than I ever could, and through working together you may gain some additional insights into yourself. Through gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, learning new skills and reinforcing skills and strengths you already have, you will move towards accomplishing your goals.
I am here for one reason, and that is to help you move into the direction of your more ideal life. This is accomplished through goal setting, and us working together to achieve those goals. The type of therapy I use is based on what your goals are and what you need. There is no one size fits all, and I am here to help you along your journey.
